Making the first call.

Sometimes even calling the bank can be a hassle.

Before you call you might think, I know they are just going to ask me for money and I don't have it so why should I even call. Or you might just say I'll call tomorrow. Or this one, it won't help anyway.

Each one of these comments are self defeating. They numb your body and will leave you motionless. So don't say them. Instead say, "I can do this!"

Guess what, if you say it enough times you can do it!

So go ahead, and do it!
